amazing central getaway!

the location is superb. it's next to the central station (wow!) and close to tourist spots, restaurants, and shops. the staff were helpful, and i found the self-check-in process efficient, with assistance available if needed. i really liked how convenient it was to walk to everything.

my room felt a bit small and the bed seemed smaller than expected. it felt more like a king single suitable for one person (not two).

the reception had very kind personnel always available to help with questions. the self-check-in was fast using the computers at the entrance. instructions were clear, and staff offered assistance immediately.

The room had wall pegs instead of a closet. the bathroom was spacious and clean (so important!). multiple bus and metro stops were super close to the premises. I didn't need a taxi.

the location, right next to the train station, was really handy. it was easy getting around the city because of that. the staff was nice. they help me when i ask about directions.

the room size was small. two people in the room was a challenge. the hotel didn't provide enough lighting in the room. it made it hard to see at night.

I really liked that the hotel was super close to the central train station! it made getting around really easy. the staff were also very helpful. They helped me with my luggage.

the lighting in my room was very dim, it was kinda hard to see sometimes. also, the self-service bar only had simple breakfast packages, and they were pretty expensive!
