the staff were friendly and approachable..
The toilet cistern in my room was faulty and could not be flushed. the water just ran through the pan all night. I reported this, but it wasn't fixed. i returned to my room late and was told nothing could be done then. the situation continued all night, and while i received a discount, i feel a full refund would have been more appropriate as i paid for a room without a working toilet.
