inconsistent service, average rooms

slow check-in process
the breakfast had a great range of options.
I found the check-in process frustrating. Despite prepaying through american express, my room was not available upon my early morning arrival. the front desk staff created a new reservation slowly. i waited until 4 pm to get a room.

excellent breakfast great location small gym missing lobby
The breakfast was fine. i especially liked the selection of pastries. the location is great. I found easy access to the airport train. (it saved me a cab fare from the central station!)
The gym is quite small for a hotel of this supposed calibre. i also thought there was no lobby. I waited in a cafe area to be seated.

helpful staff fresh fruit prompt service
the location provided easy access to nearby attractions i found the front desk staff helpful with directions the breakfast buffet included a wide variety of fresh fruit and pastries i enjoyed the prompt room service and the daily newspaper delivery
the in-room coffee machine was a bit temperamental and required multiple attempts to operate
