the location was stellar, super close to restaurants, attractions. public transport. i was very impressed by the high quality of everything.
honestly, the only slight issue was the laundry prices seemed a little high. i was like i did not get enough information. i would have really liked a more proactive communication about the prices.

The superior twin room was very spacious. i found simple, clean furniture and a very comfortable bed. the bathroom stood out. It was generously sized and definitely above average for hotels.

the staff was helpful. upon arrival, i initially received a room that wasn't quite up to par. but they were helpful and upgraded my room the next day, and it completely transformed my stay!

Fantastic Hotel in a Prime Location!

This visit, I secured a room with a walk in shower as requested. AMAZING!!! The breakfast buffet featured many options, including gluten-free items, so everyone found something. The bed felt huge and comfortable. I slept soundly each night.
Check-in was at 4 PM, and there was a long line, but it moved quickly.

The breakfast offered a wide selection of items. I saw everything from fresh fruit to hot dishes, so I started the day off right. It felt very well-stocked, even during peak hours.

The hotel has good access to public transport. I found tram stops very close by, so getting around town was simple. The staff was attentive and helpful at all times. I really appreciated their service.

The hotel's location is central. I walked easily to attractions and shops, I saved time on transit. Many restaurants and bars are within walking distance. I always had plenty of choices for dining.

I was somewhat disappointed. The room felt small. It lacked a desk. The air conditioning didn't seem to work properly. It was difficult to adjust the temperature, so I couldn't get it quite right at night. the room felt pretty basic for the price.

the location was great and only a short walk to the main shopping area. the breakfast had many choices and the food was amazing!!!
the staff were unfriendly and showed little willingness to help. there was no tissue box provided in the room.

quiet areacomfy bed
the breakfast had so many choices. i really liked the quiet location, it made sleeping easy. we loved the comfy bed, but the room was super clean!
The tv did not support mirroring. I had to use an hdmi cable.
