The breakfast buffet offered a great selection with Prosecco. The outdoor pool was clean. Housekeeping provided fresh towels and bed linens every day. The staff were always smiling and helpful .
The code for the parking gate did not work upon arrival. I found that frustrating, and it should be addressed.

the reception staff gave a warm welcome. i found the check-in process quick. i also appreciated the staff's helpful recommendations for local attractions (especially for a february visit when many activities are closed). my room was spacious and very clean with a nice balcony that overlooked the lake.
the hallway and my room didn't seem recently renovated. the floor tiles made the room cold, and slippers would have been a nice touch.

the view of the lake from our room was something out of a dream. breakfast offered a wide array of options, including prosecco. the spa, with its jacuzzi, sauna, and hammam, was perfect.
The acoustics weren't the best. We could sometimes hear noise from other rooms.
