Hotel Santi enjoys a prime location, placing guests within a short walk-just two minutes-from the main square and about ten minutes from the castle, with its lovely architecture. Many guests find the rooms spacious and well-kept, but some rooms on the third floor may have slanted roofs. You can find a bar and McDonalds right next to the hotel, while cafes and a taxi rank are just across the street, making it very convenient.

the location was perfect. the staff were amazing and always ready to help. my room was really large and included nice extras like a shoeshine.

The elevator was a bit slow sometimes. It was a minor issue though.

the hotel's location made exploring simple. my room included a large bathroom, clean space, and comfortable beds. parking was secure and available. the hotel provided earplugs due to the nearby tram line, however, i experienced no sleep disruptions.

the earplugs provided were not effective enough to block out some external noise.

The bathroom sink drained very slowly (it was quite annoying). the fan in the room could not be turned off. Despite my requests, the situation remained unresolved. It's a shame really.

The hotel is close to the center. A five-minute walk is all it takes. The hotel room was quite large and also clean. The staff was helpful in giving directions to local landmarks.

The hotel charged me in GBP without my consent. This resulted in an additional charge through their card machine. I am still trying to resolve this payment issue.
