helpful staffair conditioninglate noise

the staff was very helpful. (that's always a plus!)

i found the lack of air conditioning to be a real problem, especially since the temperatures were quite high . this made the room uncomfortably warm at night, impacting my sleep quality. also, there was considerable noise from nearby bars late into the night.
