Hotel Eden, occupying a restored 15th-century building, offers 27 single, double/twin, and triple rooms with extra beds in STANDARD or DELUXE DOUBLE categories. STANDARD rooms include options for one person (with bathroom), two people (twin or double beds), or three people (with bathroom), with extra bed availability. DOUBLE DELUXE suites accommodate two guests and include a balcony, living room, separate bedroom, and shower. A room for disabled guests is available on the ground floor, featuring a shower with a wheelchair ramp, seat, and support handles. All guestrooms include free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, premium bedding, laptop-friendly workspaces, a hairdryer, telephone, LCD television, in-room safe, mini-fridge, and tea/coffee facilities. Additional amenities are a welcome package, towels, toiletries, a mini sewing kit, and a shoe care kit. Ironing and baby cot are available upon request.

These include an underground salt inhalation chamber, an outdoor Summer beer garden, and a sauna made of Nordic spruce with an electric stove. The hotel also features a ritual Judaic bath called the 'Mikvah' for spiritual cleansing, open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Mikveh access costs 50 PLN for men and 100 PLN for women, including a towel and bath products. Sauna access is available from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, priced at 60 PLN for one person for 60 minutes, 90 PLN for two people, and 120 PLN for three to four people, including access to a cold water barrel, towel, cosmetics, and fragrance oils. Hotel Eden is located in Old Town, Krakow, in the heart of the Jewish Quarter, next to the Old Synagogue. It is roughly a 15 minute walk to the town's main squares and a 15-minute walk to Wawel Castle, with a 20-minute walk to the Main Square. The location is excellent for food.
