Charmed by the Amenities

helpful staff diverse range impeccably clean
I found the staff helpful. The breakfast offered a diverse range with both European and Asian options. My room was spacious and very clean. Ismail Hussein from floor 5 kept our rooms impeccably clean. He is an asset.
The air conditioning seemed less effective. The hallways and lobby had cooler temperatures than my room. This made the room less comfortable than the public spaces, which I found inconvenient.

friendly staff super clean room strategic location
The staff were friendly. My room was super clean when I arrived. The location is very strategic. It made accessing nearby shops very easy. I found transport and attractions were conveniently located.

The dining area was comfortable and serene. The staff were quick to remove used cutlery. They responded quickly to customer requests. I believe everyone would enjoy the buffet with many foods.

The hotel has a convenient location near many malls. Lot 10, Sungei Wang, and Pavillion are nearby. It's approximately a ten minute walk to the monorail.

Acceptable Stay, But With Issues

The breakfast buffet had a decent variety of Asian and European options.
The internet was annoyingly slow. Manager Raj initially refused to help, saying no other rooms were available.
