The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. They always seemed ready to assist. the room was super clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job daily. the location is very convenient, particularly for accessing transport links and shopping at nu sentral.

Wonderful Hotel Experience

soft pillows clean linen
The staff provided soft pillows when I asked. Staff provided good service. They were helpful. The room was clean with fresh linen. Air conditioning was good.
I experienced some loud noise during the night and day. The noise seemed to come from nearby rooms. I wish I could have slept better.

The reception staff gave excellent, very helpful service. They assisted me with getting an airport taxi. They found an efficient guide and driver. I appreciated their help greatly.
