Fantastic Stay Near Camps Bay

perfect view attentive staff delicious omelette fresh water

The breakfast omelette stood out. I haven't experienced such attentive staff in many hotels, especially as a solo traveller. The staff went the extra mile.

The lift was a bit noisy near my room.

acceptable stay with minor issues

great location beautiful lounge old furniture missing sunbeds

the location is excellent. it was just a few walking minutes to the beach, tidal pool and restaurants. breakfast was also excellent. i found the breakfast room, lounge, is beautiful.

the bathroom furniture looked like it needs renewal. there should be more comfortable chairs, even one or two sunbeds on the balcony. i think this would make everything perfect.

The staff was very friendly and cute. Breakfast offered an excellent choice of food prepared to my taste. The room presented well with fine views. It was also very close to Table Mountain.

The elevator was not working for five nights, and I had to use the stairs.

mediocre stay with some issues

faulty elevator poor insulation

The elevator did not work during three nights of my stay. This was inconvenient. my room also lacked proper sound insulation. i could hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway, which disrupted my sleep. finally, housekeeping missed cleaning my room on one day, and i had to request fresh towels and toiletries in the evening.

perfect location friendly staff amazing breakfast good standard

The hotel's location is PERFECT, really close to the beach. The staff were super polite and friendly, a real highlight! I had an AMAZING breakfast every morning. The room was clean and to a very good standard.
