i finded sophie to be very accomodating and helpful. the upgrade that i got for my room. i enjoyed the breakfasts those mornings i had jackie and sophie serving me.

i thought paying a price like that for just the room was abit much. the tv in my room seemed to be awkwardly placed making it difficult to see. the bed in my room were not of my liking because it was too small.

the rooms were spotlessly clean and traditionally furnished. i found the location ideal to escape from the stress of life. the staff were very attentive and cute (i felt really charmed). my gluten-free diet was well catered for, which i appreciated a lot.

i thought the tv was awkwardly placed for viewing. it would have been better if the tv position was more ergonomic. this small adjustment would improve the experience.

i found a couple of issues. the breakfast room felt quite cold, a little uncomfortable to start the day. also, i thought paying extra for early check-in felt a bit much, especially just to change for a wedding. i had to change in the toilets. it wasn't very convenient.
