Breakfast included good options, i enjoyed the locally sourced food. the staff were friendly and helpful. They really went that extra mile. two good sized car parks meant no worries about finding a space. the building is a traditional pub (which is lovely to see these days).
minimal internet access proved challenging (when i tried to research nearby locations).

Some issues with the room

loud noiseunreliable wi-fi
The room was above the pool table, and it was quite noisy. The sound really echoed up into the room next to the bed. I also had some trouble with the Wi-Fi. It only worked properly on the first day of my stay. I felt this was a real inconvenience because I needed it for planning my daily trips.
