The staff was REALLY friendly. The room felt very clean. The location provided easy access to nearby shops, I found it quite convenient. I appreciated that the hotel included a restaurant and a pub.
The noise from the bathroom was quite loud sometimes.

The bedroom featured fresh decor and a very comfortable bed. I found the staff helpful (especially when I needed directions to a nearby shop). I considered it a good value overall.
I noticed the stairs and landings had some dirt, and the carpet on the stairs was quite worn. I hope they address this soon.
