the location could not be better it is close to many restaurants shops and galleries. the room had a large bathroom it was helpful to have heated premises during my winter trip.

the lift was small , made moving luggage slightly difficult.

great location after-hours check-in

the location was great and within walking distance of many attractions. i appreciated the easy access to tram number 4, located right beside the helmhaus stop. the staff worked with me for after-hours check-in, and it was super easy.

i wasn't informed about it beforehand and the noise was disruptive.

My superior double room had a good sized bath in the bathroom. a comfortable bed. pillows and a duvet were also available. the rooms are generally clean. Plus they include coffee, tea and a kettle.

Central Stay, An experience to remember

convenient restaurants extensive channel list late checkout

The hotel's proximity to many restaurants proved very convenient. I found the international tv channel list quite extensive. The checkout time at 12:00 was much appreciated. Breakfast lasted until 11:00 during the weekend (a nice perk!).

The check-in process was a little impersonal. The staff member seemed somewhat indifferent to my arrival.

The hotel is near many restaurants and shops, so it is quite convenient. A nearby tram station offers easy access to other parts of the city. The neighborhood feels lively, and i liked that.

The rooms include a kettle, a refrigerator, and a safe, which i think is standard in most modern hotels. Breakfast service extends until 11:00 on weekends, a nice touch. The hotel even offers mobile key access using a cell phone.
