the food seemed repetitive it was almost the same every day. the wine did not taste good either. the walls are thin you can hear the neighbors. the fridge was very small. there were no blackout curtains it gets bright too early for us i was a little disappointed

the food became repetitive. i found it wasn't always cooked well. i've stayed at other riu hotels (it was my first time in spain) and food was amazing there (especially the desserts!), so i felt disappointed here. (a bit surprised, i must admit!)

the staff demonstrated really good friendliness and attentiveness with a cute atmosphere i received a complimentary upgrade a kind gesture that enhanced my stay the hotel's cleanliness was amazing this meticulous attention to detail was very noticeable. i appreciated the convenient location, it made exploring the area simple.

i noticed that during the weekends the hotel seemed more crowded this resulted in longer waits and a less relaxed atmosphere i would have preferred a more consistent level of tranquility throughout my stay.
