The breakfast had so much choice.

I ordered a bottle of wine , it was already opened and not full. I had to request another one. Only 1 telephone in the room was working and there was no bin in the toilet. Every time I showered the bathroom and room would FLOOD with shower water.

i found the hotel grounds meticulously maintained with manicured lawns. towel service was readily available near the pool and benches. the variety of food at al khiran was great (especially the themed buffet nights!).

i found that the digital clock in my room was set to the wrong time. this small detail was an inconvenience, and i had to adjust it myself. it would be better if these were checked regularly.

i loved the variety of breakfast items offered it was amazing the pool was good i enjoyed its refreshing coolness the views were gorgeous a peaceful beach added to the relaxation staff provided helpful support during my entire stay they were very attentive

the family splash area lacked adequate security i briefly left my bag and it disappeared there seemed to be a lack of initiative in addressing the situation cctv wasn't checked promptly which was frustrating

my stay included access to a private ladies beach which was a highlight the pool area was well-kept and the staff was very attentive special thanks to mr salim in the main restaurant whose friendly service enhanced my dining experience i also enjoyed the superb and varied food options available throughout the stay. the location was beachfront providing easy access and beautiful scenery i found it very relaxing. the staff were always polite and helpful. wi-fi access was reliable across the hotel.

the payment link sent after my departure for a forgotten charge was difficult to use on a mobile device this made settling the payment unnecessarily time-consuming and inconvenient.

The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent , with much choice. The hotel's location provides access to a beautiful beach , ideal for relaxation and water activities.

I ordered lunch by the family pool , but the service was slow. Waiting over an hour , I eventually had to cancel my order because of the delay.
