the backdrop features giant stone boulders and rugged mountain ranges. the hotel is very new and impeccably maintained, blending modern elegance with arabic style. every detail shows attention, from the collection to the flawless service. i appreciated the premium lounge team, bhat, abishek, yousof, idwin, yadav and deepak for their courtesy.

the pools can become overcrowded, especially when families fill the area. this detracts from relaxation, but it remains enjoyable. the beach is well-kept despite being busy too.

Staff members are friendly and helpful. They provide support at any time. one example is mujahid who gave a warm welcome. farman, salman, mojammel, roy, and lucky from room service were great. haitham and abdulmalik provided a nice farewell.

the room had great balcony views, it was super organised and clean. it was also comfortable, meeting 5-star expectations. it contained everything i needed. the room was well-equipped.

the hotel location is great. the facilities are lovely. the restaurants offer a large variety of great quality and delicious food. there is a pool specifically for kids. another pool allows kids. only one adults pool exists.

the breakfast buffet at peridot included many options. mina, mark, roma, moumita and mariam greeted guests each morning. the panoramic suite offered great views and plenty of space. we visited the premium leisure club for tea and happy hour. sudip, deepak and abhishek provided amazing service there.

The room was spacious. It featured a lovely view. The housekeeping was great. It ensured everything was clean. Gym facilities included showers and tennis courts. This made exercising convenient. I found the concierge service great.

I had to wait two hours to get water at the beach.

The breakfast buffet had many options. I especially liked the vegetarian gyoza. the staff was great! the rooftop bar has fabulous views over the mountains. the hotel design and modern rooms suited me well.

i think the gym needs more equipment. there were only a few machines for workouts and no cable machine.

limited equipmentmissing toiletries

the gym was quite a letdown. i found a limited selection of equipment there. specifically, it lacked a multipress machine, a cable machine, and it had only about four weight machines.. it seemed like a disproportionate emphasis was placed on cardio equipment, with around twenty machines available, but not enough options for strength training. this made it difficult to get a comprehensive workout. also, i noticed there weren't any shower gels or shampoo available in the bathroom, and this was unexpectedly inconvenient.
