The hotel staff provided a complimentary upgrade to my room upon arrival. I found the king bed spacious and the shower had great pressure. The body lotion provided smelled wonderfully citrusy. Breakfast featured freshly cooked eggs and decent coffee (especially a nice way to start the day!).

the location was convenient for getting around that's one small win.
the room reeked of stale cigarette smoke which was pretty nasty especially since i booked a non smoking room i suspect it was just covered up with some cheap air freshener the staff didn't seem too bothered about it offering no real solution the breakfast buffet was a chaotic scene with long queues and mediocre food it felt more like a canteen than a 4 star spread

I found underground parking complimentary, SO convenient. the room felt impressively large, justifying the expense. amenities catered very well to my needs. It was a MOST satisfactory experience.

my beautiful king room was spacious and well kept, with modern furnishings. the room featured a large desk and a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxation. i observed adequate soundproofing, minimising disturbance from outside NOISE.
