the room was super clean. the staff helped me check in fast. i got to use the pool while waiting for my room. the breakfast buffet included so much food to choose from, it was amazing. the shower was very big. shower products were very good quality. i had a super comfy room and a big shower.

i wished there were more activities for eid celebration.

The breakfast was acceptable. There was a reasonable selection of items.

The premium room lacked proper maintenance. the bathroom door had noticeable mold and limescale, i think it was not cleaned properly. the noise insulation was poor. I could hear a party at night even with the windows closed.

the location was acceptable near the sea.

i was proposed to do late check out at 1:30. at 12:30, i tried to go back into the room with the children, the key was deactivated. i went down to the reception and had the room reactivated, i lost more than a quarter of an hour. at 1:35, we were just leaving the room, three men came to knock and told us to leave.
