The room had a peculiar setup. Frosted windows meant no view. i seemed like i was in a fancy box. plus, trying to get a simple cup of tea or coffee in the room was a no-go. i had to actually pay at the hotel's cafe! really?

I found the staff were really good. Their English communication were very good, and all were very cute. The staff made everything convenient for me, from filling out forms to sending my luggage. I appreciate the welcome matcha drinks and snacks.
The windows are frosted. It is impossible to see outside.
