quiet street bluetooth speaker matcha tea hard bed bad staff strict rules

The location was great. It was on a quiet street near the kawaramachi area. i appreciated the hotel's p discount, since parking downtown can be pricey. the room felt spacious, and the bed was comfortable. it was nice to have a bluetooth speaker in the room. It was a pleasant surprise. the staff was helpful and friendly. i received a complimentary cup of matcha tea upon arrival in the lounge.

My room wasn't ready when i arrived at check-in time.

The room featured a modern design and a comfortable bed. The shower was large. Pajamas were available . The breakfast included coffee from the connected store. This was a plus.

The windows did not open. They were fixed windshields blocking the view.

The room had a peculiar setup. Frosted windows meant no view. i reminded me of i was in a fancy box. plus, trying to get a simple cup of tea or coffee in the room was a no-go. i had to actually pay at the hotel's cafe! really?

i liked the warm atmosphere. When you enter your LARGE room, you feel at ease. The staff was very nice and helpful and helped me with some complex baggage handling instructions. The shower had really good water pressure.

the room was spacious. there was a speaker in the room. i could adjust the airflow of the hair dryer. the towels were soft.

Really good Experience, A Good Stay

cute staff easy communication convenient luggage

I found the staff were really good. Their English communication were very good, and all were very cute. The staff made everything convenient for me, from filling out forms to sending my luggage. I appreciate the welcome matcha drinks and snacks.

The windows are frosted. It is impossible to see outside.
