perfect location and easy access!

perfect location direct connection comfy bed

i loved the hotel's proximity to osaka umeda station it made getting around super easy i could quickly access various train lines for exploring the region the hotel's direct connection to the underground mall was also a game changer tons of dining and shopping options were right at my doorstep plus the room had a big comfy bed that guaranteed a good night's sleep after long days of sightseeing

clean room comfortable bed helpful staff strategic location

the room was clean and the beds were comfortable daily housekeeping kept our room tidy a self-service purified water machine was available in the lobby staff members were very helpful and polite assisting with luggage transport to our next hotel. the hotel entrance had a lift to the underground level it connected to the vast station with many restaurants and shops. the location near the station was strategic. air conditioning worked well.

breakfast had a huge variety of food and offered ample table space the buffet was served in the lobby café and the staff was great daily. the breakfast was good and the seating area was pleasant.

staff were friendly and helpful providing umbrellas so we could stay dry while exploring the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free the staff assisted in organizing luggage transport. they also assisted me daily and were attentive.

the hotel had its own entrance into the mall connected to the metro lots of restaurants were nearby and the station was easily accessible the location is a short walk from the station. it is conveniently located with many restaurants nearby.

convenient location excellent cleanliness small room limited breakfast

The location is amazing. the hotel connects directly to the station, made travel super easy. the cleanliness of the room was also excellent. It was very tidy and well-kept throughout my visit.

the room size was smaller than expected. with two suitcases, moving around became quite a challenge. the breakfast buffet lacked variety and some options were just okay.

the room size was pretty small. also, the breakfast was underwhelming. I expected more variety, but it was very basic. i had to find other places for breakfast. i was also surprised the staff did not address the room issue. it was like a waste of money.

easy location food options basic service water absence

The room had AMAZING air conditioning. It was pretty easy to find once I located the east Whitty Mall. There were hundreds of food options nearby , which was super convenient.

The service felt basic , and the staff did not engage much. They did not even acknowledge guests entering the hotel. I found that water was not provided in the room , which is standard in many other hotels.
