city center helpful staff dolce gusto loose handle dirty floor blood stain

i found the location very convenient, right in the city center. the staff was friendly and helpful . the room featured a dolce gusto machine, which i appreciated.

the door handle felt a bit loose, a small concern. the floors had some noticeable dirt . i also noticed dried blood on the wall.

kind staff dolce gusto machine superb location

The staff was kind. I appreciated their warm smiles and helpful attitude. The room had a Dolce Gusto machine. I enjoyed coffee each morning. The hotel's location was superb. I loved being steps from lively spots.

The walls seemed rather thin. I could hear hallway noise.

the hotel was very central and close to many restaurants. the bed was quite comfortable and clean i appreciated this a lot. there were many local restaurants on the same street. the hotel gave a good value for money

the walls were thin i could hear everything. i heard people talking coughing and sneezing. there was noise outside later at night.

the reception staff was attentive and ready to help. i was able to leave my baggage before check-in this was very convenient. the staff helped with directions.

perfect location

great location clean room

the hotel location is fantastic it's on a street with many bars and restaurants plus a short walk to the marina. the bed was very comfortable and the room felt fresh and clean with a large bathroom. i was charmed by how central everything was.

the street noise was unbearable during the weekend i found it hard to sleep well. i also noticed the air conditioning did not seem to function properly, this was a bit of a nuisance.

the double room featured two separate sinks alongside a rainfall shower providing enhanced convenience. fresh towels were supplied daily the bed was comfortable and ample space to store personal items existed in the closet.

faulty toilet damp smell

the room had issues i found displeasing. the toilet required constant manual assistance to flush properly a significant inconvenience. furthermore there was an unpleasant damp smell permeating the entire room a detail that compromised the overall comfort
