The outdoor pool area IS beautiful. It features very helpful staff. The breakfast was GREAT, with views overlooking the lagoon during sunset. I checked in early because my room was ready, and I stayed on the hotel grounds after checkout before my flight.

The bed was EXTREMELY firm, and the pillows were hard. I didn't get one night of decent sleep. There WAS only spanish terrestrial tv available. No access to smart tv or international channels existed. The tea and coffee facilities were dreadful. Only decaffeinated coffee sachets were present, and no milk was provided.

The room I stayed in was spacious. It featured a large, comfortable bed. The staff demonstrated helpfulness and friendliness at all times. I found the breakfast and dinner options quite varied. The hotel provided sea views and views of the Mar Menor from the balcony.

The hotel is in a quiet location. I found the lifeguard's behavior unacceptable, targeting English-speaking guests while ignoring others' actions.

The staff was consistently helpful. Diego offered a warm welcome and set a high standard. The outdoor pool area looked beautiful. The staff checked the water quality daily. There were plenty of comfortable sunbeds available.
