a stay with some minor drawbacks

i found the staff to be very helpful when i lost my bag. they assisted me in locating it, which i appreciated. the room was comfortable and clean. i had a good experience (especially considering the circumstances).
the hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the old town. it is a bit out of the way if you want to be in the historic center. the lack of a refrigerator in the room was also a drawback. the room also only featured warm air conditioning.

the tv remote and available channels were somewhat limited. this wasn't a major issue, but i noticed it.

mixed feelings about this hotel.

the staff was friendly and helpful, i guess that's something.
the room was not great. the air conditioning unit was broken and only blew hot air, difficult to sleep comfortably. also, there weren't any tea or coffee making facilities in the room, even though it was advertised, i had to ask for a kettle, and they didn't even provide cups.

Functional Stay Near the Coast

I found parking easy with plenty of spaces. I liked being near the coastal road. St Juan beach is close and Santa Pola port is a short drive away.
The TV only had channels in Spanish.

The staff were generally friendly and helpful. Jonatan was especially great. He consistently made cappuccinos with professionalism. The hotel manager Ana was lovely. Marco works the night shift and is also friendly.

The staff were friendly and check-in was easy. It was acceptable.
The lack of a fridge in the room was disappointing. i also found the location a bit far from the main attractions. It was about a 30-minute walk to the nearest beach, especially in the heat! waiting for buses wasn't ideal either. It added extra time to my travels.
