Superb Stay Experience!

helpful staff great location

The staff provided a very helpful and customer focused service, including one staff member from Lithuania. The location proved great, close to many spots. I appreciated that my room was very clean. The value was amazing, especially when compared to other nearby hotels.

the breakfast offered sufficient options to begin the day.

the staff did not appear pleased upon my return visit, atmosphere felt strained between staff members, the food portions were notably small for the price and service errors occurred, i. e. meals delivered to incorrect tables. the receptionist, laura, consistently seemed unhappy and tired. furthermore, a notice in the elevator mentioned a brief water outage, it became intermittent across two days, this made showering difficult, and the front desk gave no assistance.

faulty air conditioner remote problem

the restaurant offered good food.. i found the service acceptable.

the air conditioner was a real problem. i could not change the temperature after turning it on. the remote only worked sporadically, perhaps once in a hundred tries.

friendly staff lovely food

The staff was friendly from check-in to cleaning. The little cafe in the building was great. I had breakfast in the coffee shop, and the food was lovely. but the price was also very good.

The walls were a bit thin. I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.
