plastic dispenser poor soundproofing
The staff were very helpful. The room was very good.
I didn't like that the plastic soap dispensers in the shower didn't work, even though they were full. The soundproofing was also poor. I could hear conversations from the room next door clearly, which disturbed me.

the room was well sized and clean. its location offered easy access to nearby facilities. the room faced a building, though it remained quiet and comfortable.
the water outage was not communicated in advance. workers started drilling early the next morning. the restaurant felt a bit depressing.

Excellent Central Stay
central location good room size big towel
I found the location central for exploring. The room size was good and the cleanliness was noticeable. I was pleased to see big towels and XL bathrobes provided in the room.
Parking access was a bit difficult upon arrival to check-in. I wish there was clearer guidance or temporary access allowed.

The hotel is ideally located for reaching city sights. The cathedral and the main walking street are within a short walk of only two minutes. It is a superb spot from which to explore key attractions.

The staff were helpful and pleased to assist with requests. The sound insulation for the windows was effective. Despite a disco happening outside, little noise penetrated into the room.

The breakfast had a good selection of options. Dietary needs were also well catered for, including lactose-intolerant and celiac options. The breakfast operates from seven to eleven in the morning.

The room was spacious. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The blackout curtains ensured a restful sleep. I appreciated the central location near many attractions. The staff provided helpful service . They promptly answered my questions and offered useful directions. I received great value.
The elevators were sometimes slow during peak hours so i had to wait a little.

the breakfast had a good variety of choices. the reception was bright and cute with excellent staff. the location is directly in the city center.

the location was central. the staff remained attentive and friendly throughout my stay. the room was spacious, clean and tidy, exactly as i hoped. i appreciated the efficient service and attention to detail.
i found the selection of tv channels slightly limited.
