the room included a fully stocked kitchen perfect for simple meals, the large fridge was definitely useful. i also liked the breakfast, it had enough choices to start my day well. the staff accommodated my early check-in request with kindness.

the pool lacked a proper changing area, only a toilet was available, there were no lockers either. this was quite inconvenient.

the accommodation is near granville street, offering easy access to various attractions. granville island ferry is also nearby, providing convenient transportation options. breka bakery, located 50 metres away, offers easy access to baked goods.

the room cleaning occurred only every other day i found this unacceptable considering the price i paid i had to ask when housekeeping would come it had been two days since i arrived and no one had cleaned the room. the hotel offers limited services considering the high prices in the area.

The kitchen area included many utensils. There was a washing machine and dryer, which I found helpful. The hotel also features a swimming pool and a gym.

I found connecting to the WiFi difficult! then found out I was charged for high speed access.

I was frustrated the pool lacked changing facilities and lockers. i had to change in the toilet. It was not ideal. also, the hot food items at breakfast were a bit disappointing. there wasn't much seating available when it got busy.
