fantastic stay!
daily cleaning friendly staff working laundry ideal location
the room got cleaned daily, which i appreciated. the staff was really helpful and friendly, assisting me with directions and local tips. i used the laundry services downstairs and they worked great. the location was also ideal, with lots of shopping and restaurants just a short walk away.
the elevators seemed a bit slow, causing minor delays.

The hotel is within a 10-15 minute walk to yaletown, the seawall, and robson street. It is about 20 minutes to coal harbour and the financial district! this allows easy access to downtown attractions.

The front desk staff was professional and funny. they gave me directions to good restaurants and sightseeing spots. the service was great. The staff made my bed every day, and i found this quite attentive!

excellent service comfort bed difficult turn parking description
the room was big. the housekeeping kept it clean with excellent service. bed and pillows was very comfort.
it made turn into hotel difficult. parking is forty dollars a night.
