fold-down murphy bed no smoking sign
the parking garage being right under the building was acceptable.
The room felt cramped because it had a fold-down murphy bed, definitely not what i expected, and the staff didn't follow my directions about credit card payments. I got blamed for smoking outside, though there wasn't any 'no smoking' sign.

my studio mountain view suite included a well-equipped kitchenette. the bathroom featured two separate sinks (very convenient). onsite laundry facilities were available to all guests.
the hotel lacks a dedicated breakfast room.

ski storage ground floor coffee machine worn carpet
The hotel has ski storage which was very useful. The location allowed easy access to the main lifts and gondolas. I appreciated not needing to carry ski equipment far. The digital locks on the ground floor locker room were convenient.
The coffee machine in the room lacked instructions for use. I noticed worn carpet and chipped woodwork throughout the suite. It was unexpected at this price. The staff did not acknowledge my hotel membership during check-in.
