excellent stay, central location and immaculate rooms
really good location room cleanliness
The location is really good. i found the cleanliness of the rooms amazing. Every corner sparkled, a testament to the hotel's commitment to hygiene. the front desk staff were genuinely warm and efficient, promptly addressing all inquiries and requests i had.
while i found the accommodations satisfactory overall, the gym's limited space restricted the workout possibilities. the equipment quantity barely supports two persons. this is a point, in my opinion, that requires upgrading.

amazing stay!
perfect location friendly staff clean room
I loved the location. it is perfect for exploring the area. the service was also great. The staff members were very friendly and kind. the rooms were spacious and very clean!!!
i found the parking to be very expensive.

The location proved wonderfully central. A short walk got me to lifts. The hotel provides complimentary drinks each afternoon, a lovely touch. I found the staff helpful with directions and local recommendations. The room included glove and boot drying racks. This was surprisingly practical after a day on the slopes.
I thought the gym space felt limited. I noticed room for only a few people.

The king studio sofa bed was clean. it had a well-equipped kitchenette too. the location is near restaurants. That was convenient. i found the staff friendly. They resolved an issue quickly. the hotel had a central location. the lobby offered complimentary drinks during certain hours, a nice touch. getting around was easy, even with luggage. the shower was spacious. it included multiple shower heads. the provided toiletries were high quality.
The gym equipment seemed a little outdated. I think it could use some upgrades.

faulty door broken air conditioning
the staff were friendly and the location was excellent.
the air conditioning did not work well and the room sometimes got hot. the bathroom door was almost detached. wifi worked briefly at the beginning and then stopped working altogether.

modern room clean room positive staff
this location is great, near the gondola. i found the room modern, clean, and pretty spacious. the staff was positive and respectful. i think that the deep tub is difficult to maneuver in and out of, but overall is very nice.
the room was quite small, and i thought it looked a little dated.

the fitness room has multiple machines. i counted three treadmills and two stationary bikes. there is also weight-lifting equipment available. the pool area has many loungers.

small room early morning noise
The room felt smaller than i expected. there wasn't much space to store our things, so we had to get creative with our luggage. also, the alley behind the hotel was quite noisy early each morning. I heard garbage trucks. it made sleeping in a little challenging, especially with the windows open!
