Rooms and Suites
Crystal Lodge has guest rooms and suites with mountain or village views from a private balcony. All Traditional rooms have a table and chairs, coffee maker, small refrigerator, and television with pay-per-view movies and interactive games. Suites range from 390-square-foot studios to 1,505-square-foot suites. Options include gas fireplaces, full kitchens, and deep soaker tubs. The Loft Sleeps 4 contains a king-size bed and queen sofabed. The Loft Sleeps 6 contains an additional queen size wall bed. Some rooms have dog-friendly amenities available on request, as well as essentials for babies and youth robes.
Dining Choices
Crystal Lodge has three on-site restaurants, a lounge with live music, and a Starbucks. The Old Spaghetti Factory offers meals at reasonable prices. Balam features flavors of Tropical America. Table Nineteen, located at Nicklaus North Golf Course, has clubhouse fare and a lakeside patio. The Crystal Lounge offers screens for sporting events. Whistler Tasting Tours provides a tour of dining options around Whistler.
Leisure and Activities
Crystal Lodge has a heated outdoor pool and hot tub open year-round from 9 am to 10 pm, a 24-hour fitness facility, and a hot rock sauna. There is complimentary ski, snowboard, and bike valet services, plus boot and glove dryers. The hotel provides a bike tuning and cleaning station. Games include foosball, shuffleboard, and table tennis. Guests can access sleep stories. The Family Adventure Zone is located at the base of Blackcomb Mountain.
Location and Transport
Crystal Lodge is in Whistler Village, near the Village Stroll, Whistler Blackcomb, and the Olympic Park. It is close to Lost Lake (2 km), Cheakamus River (0.3 km), and Whistler Museum (0.5 km). The hotel is a 2-hour drive from Vancouver International Airport (YVR). Self-parking is $34 per vehicle per night, plus tax; valet parking is $39. EV charging stations with 30 Amp outlets are available onsite for $34 per night, plus tax.
Hotel Services
Crystal Lodge provides concierge service and pre-shipment of skis or golf clubs. Meeting facilities accommodate up to 30 people. Services include a ski valet, boot and glove drying rooms, and bike storage. The minimum age to book a room is 21, unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. Dog-friendly rooms are available.
