Solid choice for my stay

sectional couch helpful service convenient location

The room had a sizable sectional couch which felt quite luxurious. I secured ice from the front desk, a helpful service. The location prove very convenient to visit local restaurants nearby.

I think the lack of vending machines on site should be addressed.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful in giving information. They check me in early at 11:00, that helped me a lot. I was also informed of discount at Capilano Suspension Bridge Park.

The pool had a jacuzzi. the building houses a health club. I used the sauna, hot tub, and pool without problems. The fitness center had a variety of training options, it looked well equipped.

The location provided easy access to Canada Place and the downtown area. My King Suite City View was appointed beautifully. It was clean and spacious.

The sign for the entrance was small. It took some time to locate when driving.

Downtown Gem with Cruise Proximity

convenient location really good bed great water pressure

The location downtown proved VERY helpful for an early morning trip to the cruise terminal. We visited Lions Pub the night before. Access required going outside then re-entering. The bed was Really good and the water pressure perfect after extensive travel. I would return if cruising from the area AGAIN.

I found the electronic key system problematic. Staff assistance was needed each time to open doors or use the elevator. This situation caused inconvenience for both guests and hotel staff.

The fitness center includes several treadmills, elliptical machines and a selection of free weights. The pool area features numerous lounge chairs plus a shaded zone. Both areas appear well kept. These AMENITIES ensure a good experience.

helpful staff nespresso machine cavernous lobby loud noise

i found the staff quite helpful. they readily provided directions to nearby attractions, a great help. i also liked the nespresso machine in the room. it made getting my morning coffee very easy.

The lobby seemed quite cavernous. It felt more like a sports center. the bathroom fan made a very loud noise. it was a constant distraction.

helpful staff convenient location expensive parking unavailable pool

the staff were helpful . the location proved convenient for accessing the nearby port area. i was grateful for the room's cleanliness. the nespresso machine offered a convenient coffee solution in the mornings.

the parking was quite expensive at 55 cad per night. i noticed the pool and fitness area were not accessible . this was disappointing, since i specifically chose this place for those amenities.

the room HAD a nice view.

The Parking costed fifty five cad PER night. This was VERY expensive. i found it an inconvenience that the POOL and fitness area WEREN'T working for my ENTIRE stay. i also experienced A problem with the electronic keys. I HAD to be escorted to my room EACH time i wanted to ENTER, inconvenient.
