Satisfactory Stay Near the Airport

The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to the airport. The shuttle runs frequently, which adds to the convenience. The attached restaurant, Moxies, was also good. I received a coupon for $10 as a diamond member.

The lobby had a noticeable smell of smoke. The room I was assigned was not as clean as expected. There were some splatters on the bathroom counter, and the grout was to have mold.

The food and service at moxies was acceptable.

Our room was quite noisy. An ice machine outside made sleeping difficult. The air conditioning unit seemed CHEAP. I probably will not be back.

Convenient Airport Proximity

airport shuttle comfortable bed in-house restaurant

The airport shuttle runs frequently. It provides quick transport to the terminals. I appreciated the comfortable king bed (I slept very well). The in-house Moxies restaurant is convenient. I could easily grab a bite without going far.

The gym's opening time was too late. I wanted to work out before my early flight. The gym opened only at 8 am, too late for my schedule.

The hotel offers easy access to transportation options. The skytrain and a bus that goes to the ferry are nearby. The proximity to Tim Hortons is convenient for early breakfasts if you are in a hurry (like i was).

dirty room moldy grout

the airport shuttle was quite efficient.

The room was not clean at all. It was quite gross. the bathroom counter had splatters, and the grout looked like it had mold growing on it, not pleasant at all

prompt shuttle helpful staff delicious steak

The free airport shuttle operated frequently and was prompt. I appreciated the helpfulness of the front desk staff in arranging a taxi (this was convenient). The on-site restaurant, Moxie's, offered good food and service (I had a delicious steak).

The air conditioning unit in my room was somewhat noisy.
