Really good Stay with Attentive Service
bottled water convenient location helpful staff
I appreciated the complimentary bottled water provided daily. The location was very convenient for exploring local attractions (especially the nearby lakefront). I also found the staff very helpful when I requested directions to the public laundry mat. The laundry mat was a short walk from the hotel.
I noticed a lack of temperature control in the outdoor pool. It was unheated, limiting its use during cooler periods of the day.

The hotel is situated near the water, great for easy access to lakeside activities. The train station is within walking distance at about 15 minutes. Local buses are available, offering transport to nearby Montreux and Chillion Castle.

The staff was courteous and provided helpful information. They offered assistance with directions and local transportation options. The hotel provided a pass for free local bus travel and discounts to Chillion Castle.

My room was upgraded and included a balcony. This allowed for nice views to be enjoyed each morning. Little chocolates were provided in the room each evening.

Breakfast had a wide selection of items available at the buffet. I especially enjoyed the quality of the hot entrees offered. I had a fabulous dinner in the Veranda room.
