I received a complimentary upgrade to a room in the royal plaza across the street, divine! i enjoyed the pool and spa facilities. They were so relaxing. dining at the restaurant was a highlight, as the atmosphere was enchanting.
the location is not very well indicated from the main street.

I got access to the fitness amenities at the hotel across the street. It had an indoor pool and sauna! also, it was awesome it was right on the lake geneva. the breakfast views were fantastic! the super nice team!

i found the beds awful and the worst i've ever had. i got a bad back. also, the shower went hot and cold, really annoying. the place seriously needs a makeover, including new beds.
