the hotel provided a complimentary pass for local attractions. we used this pass for a vineyard hike. the room had a balcony with views of the lake. the minibar included orange juice, soda, water, and heineken. this minibar was free.

the hotel charged the full amount plus a deposit.

the free public transport pass was acceptable for getting around.

My room, a superior double room city view, felt small for the price i paid. the city view turned out to be mostly a view of a parking lot and some rooftops, hardly inspiring. also, the minibar prices seemed outrageous. I nearly fainted at the thought of paying eight francs for a small bottle of water, its insane!

the free public transport pass was useful for navigating the city. the room featured very comfortable bedding. breakfast included extraordinary eggs benedict.

the elevator was out of service for a day and a half, access to my room on the sixth floor via the emergency staircase was not ideal during the high temperatures.
