the hotel provided a complimentary pass for local attractions. we used this pass for a vineyard hike. the room had a balcony with views of the lake. the minibar included orange juice, soda, water, and heineken. this minibar was free.

the location near the lake was fantastic i found the rooms to be very clean and spacious the minibar had complimentary drinks and snacks which i appreciated the hotel provided a free public transport pass simplifying city travel

the elevator was out of service for a portion of my stay using the stairs to reach my room was inconvenient

the free public transport pass was useful for navigating the city. the room featured very comfortable bedding. breakfast included extraordinary eggs benedict.

the elevator was out of service for a day and a half, access to my room on the sixth floor via the emergency staircase was not ideal during the high temperatures.
