The hotel offered a comfortable car park. It was very convenient. The staff was helpful and friendly at all times . I had a lovely top floor room, it came with an amazing view. The bed was comfortable and allowed me to rest well.
The pillows were too soft for my liking.

The double room offered a comfortable space with nice décor (nothing too fancy). Big towels were available in the walk-in shower area, which i appreciated. The room also featured good amenities and was kept spotlessly clean by housekeeping staff.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient location with easy access to public transport. The cathedral is a short walk, and the high-end shopping district is very close. The lake can be reached within a 15-minute walk downhill.

The view from the room was gorgeous. It overlooked Lake Geneva. The bed proved very comfortable. Hospitality stood out as really good. The hotel benefited from a very central location.
The iron in the room did not produce steam, and when I asked for a replacement, the provided iron had a crack and leaked.

The gym equipped with Technogym machines was new and quite good, with fresh equipment and towels.
The breakfast I ordered was cold, and the server did not allow me to sit near a window. The coffee in the room was a big disappointment. Only two freeze-dried instant coffee packets were supplied at first, and they did not replenish them (seriously?! ). The receptionist was rude during checkout, yelling the same word repeatedly because her English was poor, so I couldn't understand her.
