The breakfast included a good selection. I liked the pastries and the coffee in the morning. The location of the hotel is excellent near the lake promenade.
The hotel room did not include air conditioning. The staff member told me to open the window. I did this but bugs entered the room. The room felt very hot without any way to control the temperature.

Really good Hotel Experience

The location is fantastic. It made exploring the area very convenient. The staff were cute. They enhanced our stay considerably. The lake view from our Beautiful Double or Twin Room Lake View was amazing. It added a special touch to the experience. I found the breakfast selection very good. It offered many choices.
but this was a very minor inconvenience.

The room included comfortable beds and sufficient space for luggage. It also featured a modern bathroom with quality toiletries. Large windows offered superb views of the lake. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard.

my stay included access to public transportation , a perk i definitely used. the breakfast offered a decent selection of pastries , fruits , and hot items , nothing too crazy but solid. i found the staff very helpful when i needed directions or had questions about local attractions , they were always available.
i noticed some wear and tear on the furniture in the common areas , especially in the lobby.

the staff provided attentive service , assisting with luggage and offering local insights , they were generally quick to respond to requests. check-in was smooth and efficient , i was provided all necessary information. any questions i had were answered with knowledge.

the breakfast area offered views of the lake as i ate in the mornings. i saw several kinds of breads , as well as croissants. the coffee machine was easy to use and had a variety of drinks.

the hotel had direct access to the walking path by the lake , perfect for morning jogs. the train station was reasonably close , about a 25-minute walk away. the chillon castle was within walking distance , down the path along the waterfront.

The breakfast included a great selection. The location was close to the bus stop , which was very convenient. The staff were helpful and professional. The view from the balcony was also great.
The train noise was noticeable especially late at night , and early in the morning. The room lacked air conditioning.
