adequate stay, some issues
small room slow service
the location was acceptable since it was a short walk to the lifts
the room size left something to be desired it felt quite cramped. breakfast was a bit of a mess platters went empty and i waited for someone to refill them and i noticed the staff was slow to replenish crockery so it was really not that convenient

the hotel has a ski shop making equipment rental easy. the reception handled our ski passes efficiently. the breakfast included a really good selection of breads (i liked the baguette).
the room had some air conditioning noise.

packed breakfast great comfort hotel spa
I remember the receptionist preparing a packed breakfast. I had forgotten to pre-order it and she went out of her way to assist. The rooms offered great comfort. The hotel spa added to the experience.
I noticed a slight lack of variety in the buffet options. At times, some food items were depleted and awaiting replenishment. This could be addressed to enhance the overall dining experience.
