excellent stay with amazing mountain views

The hotel provided complimentary train tickets to travel to chamonix! it helped avoid driving. our room included a terrace next to the bed. this offered views of monte bianco. i also received an upgrade to a room facing the mountains. It was a pleasant surprise. free parking was available, a definite plus.
The bathroom lacked a proper door latch for privacy. It posed a slight inconvenience.

Breakfast included brioche and caffè latte. It was very satisfying. the hotel restaurant served traditional savoyard cuisine. It tasted quite good. a cozy bar featured a fireplace, with chilled beer and snacks available.

The balcony provided an amazing view of Mont Blanc, it was lovely! The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions I had. I enjoyed the dinner in the restaurant. The food was delicious!
The bathroom was quite small and I found the toilet seat moved around a bit, that was an issue.

the staff it were really nice, and the views of the mountains were something else. the hotel had loads of common areas, both downstairs and upstairs. i did like this place a lot.
the room i were in, it were pretty basic, just four walls. the bathroom didn't have a door latch, or even curtains. so there weren't much privacy.

the staff was friendly and helpful.
The room i booked was not what i expected. Instead of two double beds, it had one double bed and a bunk bed. it was not suitable for my parents. the toilet at the reception also smelled bad.
