Pointe Isabelle enjoys a superb location right in the center of Chamonix, making it easy to walk to all the important places and the central train station. Guests appreciate the clean, modern rooms, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms; many rooms also feature balconies, some with great views of Brevent and the mountains. Some guests have mentioned the lack of a kettle and cups in the rooms, but the bar serves great coffee and there is also a sauna on the top floor with mountain views.

the location was excellent. it was a short walk to the train station (just one minute). i also appreciated being close to local amenities. the staff were friendly, and my room was very comfy and tidy. the location allowed me to easily access dining and shopping. it was about a ten-minute walk to the nearest ski lift. the hotel also offered a convenient ski room for storing and preparing equipment.
the walls seemed thin. i could hear the guests next door (i could hear their conversations). i also noticed that there were no basic amenities in the room. there wasn't a kettle, mugs, or coffee and tea provided (it would have been appreciated). the check-in time was quite late, at 4pm. it was a bit of an inconvenience, especially after traveling a long distance.
