Everyone was friendly and helpful (reception to cleaning crew). the room was peaceful, with thoughtful amenities that catered to comfort. the breakfast offered a good selection and the attentive service mirrored the overall friendly attitude, it all felt very personal to me.

the information provided upon arrival was somewhat minimal, i felt.

Rooms were high quality and in great condition. I had a lovely view over the slopes plus a balcony. the bed was also comfortable and i felt relaxed after a great day out.

The location proves very handy. Many shops and restaurants are a short distance away, this makes for easy access. easy walking to the various ski lifts is possible too. it is also a plus that i could find free parking nearby.

I thought the breakfast and dinner offered great selection. The food was good overall. wine and water were available on the table. the all-inclusive drinks were a real treat. there were also options for afternoon tea and drinks.

The staff were very friendly and helpful across the board. This made for a personal touch. from reception to the dining room and bar, everyone were very good. their helpfulness never felt overbearing, ensuring all my needs were met with a smile.

I was disappointed! The walls felt thin. I could hear EVERYTHING happening in the hallway, not ideal. The temperature in my room was also inconsistent. It was either too hot or too cold, really. i struggled to get it just right and it affected my stay a little.

The hotel parking is quite small, and I had to use paid parking upon arrival due to the limited space.

the staff was very friendly and helpful , from reception to the dining room. our room provided lovely views over the slopes and included a balcony. all-inclusive options were a real treat .

the lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm , especially during the day. i had difficulty getting restful sleep because of the high temperatures.
