the coffee machine available for free was a nice perk.
the room was not as clean as i expect. i noticed the bathroom had a strong smell like public restrooms. it required a second request before staff addressed it even partially, they used air freshener instead of properly cleaning.

Excellent Location and Great Amenities

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, providing easy access to the city center. I had a studio and appreciated its spaciousness. I also enjoyed the games available for children at reception.
I noticed that the entrance to the parking is very narrow , made it slightly difficult.

The studio had sufficient space for luggage. The temperature was ideal which was very appreciable. The room included a well-equipped kitchenette and sufficient storage space .

The staff was knowledgeable about local attractions. The reception area offered complimentary coffee. Staff members assisted with directions which was great. All requests received prompt attention which i liked.

The hotel is near the main attractions. It is close to a shopping mall. Walking to the downtown area requires just a few minutes. The immediate neighborhood felt safe which was something i cared about.

The hotel had a free coffee machine at reception. The hotel also has a closed parking which is good. Games are available for children at the reception.
