freshly cooked option free parking
the breakfast had freshly cooked options i had great value there the location worked well for exploring nearby areas. i appreciated the free parking it made things much easier for me
the room i had was next to a service lift it created some noise during the mornings and nights

helpful staff authentic feel
The staff were helpful. I appreciated that i received A complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. The breakfast was excellent. Margaret provided excellent and warm local hospitality. I really enjoyed the delicious and authentic irish Feel.
The decor seemed a little confused though with modern ikea-style elements.

the room was very spacious and comfortable, with a comfy bed that ensured a good night's sleep! the hotel's location was ideal, it was just a short walk to the town center and other attractions. the staff were very friendly and always ready to help with any questions or requests.
The hot water wasn't very warm. It was lukewarm at best. taking a bath was not relaxing, and even the shower temperature could have been better.

Adequate stay at the hotel
friendly staff drink voucher convenient location dirty socks damaged curtain chipped cup
The hotel is near the town centre. I could easily walk there. The staff were friendly when I checked in and out. I also received a complimentary drink voucher upon arrival.
I found dirty socks from a previous guest in a drawer. Also a curtain was hanging down, so light came into the room. One cup on the tray was chipped, i did not appreciate that.

helpful staff breakfast variety elevator absence missing fridge
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a nice variety of fresh and cooked options. I found the location VERY convenient, a short walk to the town center and easy access for driving.
My room was in the townhouse, a short walk from the main building. There was no elevator, so I had to carry my luggage up two flights of stairs. The room lacked a fridge, an issue because I needed to store some dairy products.

a decent experience
polite staff easter egg uncomfortable bed mini fridge
i thought the staff were really polite. the food in the restaurant was really gorgeous, which i appreciated after a long day. the staff even put an easter egg outside the door for my son on easter sunday, it was a really lovely gesture.
the bed was not very comfortable. both me and my partner were sinking into it, it affected our sleep. there wasn't even a mini fridge in the room, it was disappointing considering the price.
