The location offered easy access to nearby attractions (the cathedral was just a short walk away). The free car park was convenient. My room had a new bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, addressing any concerns I had promptly.
The hotel is located on a busy road, there was some traffic noise.

I found the staff attentive and they addressed issues efficiently. Staff were always friendly. The reception was perfect (a really warm welcome). I particularly appreciate the respect for privacy. It's valuable for business and confidential matters.
