The free parking was VERY convenient for my rental car. The reception staff offered quick service and were available when needed! My room included a kettle and tea supplies. I appreciated that for a quick drink. I found the bedroom and bathroom to be super clean and cozy.
The building's exterior APPEARS slightly dated.

cigarette smoke low pressure
the bed was comfortable enough.
i requested a non-smoking room, but the room i got smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. the bathroom was also quite small and the shower had very low water pressure. also, the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep.

helpful staff limited menu comfortable bed
the staff was present and helpful. i was able to order a meal from a limited menu, a good thing. wine and beer were available. the beds provided were comfortable.
I noticed a slight odour upon entering my room. I tried airing the room, but that didn't solve the problem. i ended up using an air freshener.

the staff helped. breakfast was excellent. evening meals were available with varied menu. free parking was very convenient and secure. i enjoyed stay.
the heating in room did not work so i woke freezing. the shower did not work, it was leaking from the hose and the heat of the water was stuck. the corridors smelt rotten. not enough power points in room.
