convenient central hub
central station sound soundproofing wide selection
the hotel's proximity to the central station was very useful i could easily access transportation to and from the airport the room had effective soundproofing i didn't hear any street noise the breakfast included a wide selection of hot and cold dishes it was a great way to start the day. i found complimentary beverages in the lobby a thoughtful touch. the staff ensured that my room was always clean.
the bathroom was quite small it was challenging to move around freely.

the hotel is close to the central station and metro lines this made exploring the city very simple various shops and restaurants are in walking distance from the hotel providing many options for meals and shopping.

the front desk staff answered all my questions and assisted with directions the housekeeping team maintained a high standard of cleanliness i appreciated their attention to detail they promptly addressed my requests and ensured a comfortable stay.

small room nonchalant staff
the location was acceptable for getting around
the room was very small it lacked surface space besides a mini desk. also breakfast ended early one morning. the staff did not appear to care that i missed it despite my notifying them of my early train i received a shrug and a sorry look

friendly staff fresh options excellent atmosphere
the staff were really friendly and helpful I felt very welcomed. the breakfast was varied I found fresh options. the hotel restaurant had excellent atmosphere its quality stood out.
the hotel rooms were TINY it was quite expensive.

unhelpful receptionist harsh attitude
the bed was super comfy that is something i did appreciate after a long day.
i had a frustrating issue the receptionist refused my fiancée access to the toilet claiming it was only for booked rooms her attitude was unhelpful and upset us both i would not recommend this place because of the unfriendliness.

tasty water great pillows perfect location
the breakfast was excellent the tap water was tasty i found the beds and pillows great i really enjoyed the location it was perfect for exploring the area.
the room was quite small there wasn't much space to move around but it served its purpose for a short stay

small room missing safe
the staff was friendly. breakfast was good, however.
the room was small. it had no safe. i needed to store my passport, but there was no secure place for it. also the room only had bare bones furnishings. this was disappointing to me.
