A lady at the front desk rescued my reservation. She wore glasses and she was helpful. the room i booked was very super clean. The sheets felt so clean. the hotel location is perfect. Everything feels close by.
i could hear quite a bit of street noise from my room. the old windows don't provide ideal insulation, but it wasn't too bad.

The room was equipped with a very large bed that felt great. The soap and shower gel had a superb scent, very revitalizing. the quadruple room i stayed in was huge, a nice surprise, and the decoration added a good touch.

This building is renovated and the lobby has comfortable sofas where guests can meet each other. they offer complimentary tea, coffee, and water in the lobby all day. It is quite convenient. there is also a baggage room available if you require it.

The staff was really kind, always there, and super helpful to all the guests. they even prepared a breakfast package for a guest leaving at 3 a.m., now that's service! the maid service is excellent. They did an amazing job every day.

The hotel is centrally located. It is only 5-10 minutes walking from the city station. you can easily get there by taxi or shuttle. It is quite accessible. the main pedestrian street makes it easy to reach restaurants and shops.

The noise levels were far from satisfactory. The street noise was persistent, even late into the night. this made it difficult to get a restful night's sleep. i also found the breakfast selection quite limited. it lacked variety, and the quality of the items was not up to the expected standard.
