the location was near a metro station. breakfast was good and had lots of options (especially the pastries). the staff were friendly and helpful .
my room lacked coffee and tea making facilities. i had to go to the lobby for a warm drink at night.

varied breakfast excellent location small room leaky shower
The breakfast buffet had a good variety (I loved the fresh fruit!). The location was excellent. It was easy to walk to many places. Or, I could easily catch the train since the station was very close. The staff was friendly and helpful.
My room was quite small, and there was very little space for my belongings. I also noticed that the shower door leaked a bit, inconvenient. (It wasn't a big deal, but still noticeable).

adequate stay with some drawbacks
limited space small basin
the breakfast area seemed overwhelmed when busy access became difficult i noticed the television in the room lacked wireless screen mirroring functionality that was disappointing our room was near the bar noise traveled easily when there was activity or music it disrupted the quiet i expected. the single room i booked was small space was limited. the basin was so small i struggled to wash properly. there was no wardrobe only a clothes rack with two hooks.

special breakfast room friendly staff free luggage storage
The breakfast room was quite special. It reminded me of a winter garden inside the building's courtyard. I found the staff very friendly and helpful at reception. They allowed me to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out, at no extra cost.
The gym was located underground and lacked any windows.

Really good Service and Cozy Ambiance!
friendly staff great breakfast unique experience
The staff greeted me warmly. Their excellent customer service. Breakfast offered great choices, and I enjoyed good coffee in the lounge area. I also liked the jazz night on Thursday, a unique and amazing experience.
The room lacked separate shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. I found this omission inconvenient.

Wonderful City Stay
professional staff buffet breakfast
The staff was very professional and kind. The breakfast buffet was quite nice. I found typical Nordic-style options available. I enjoyed live jazz music one day. It added charisma to the hotel and stopped at a considerate time .
My room was not quite up to expectations. It felt small, and space for belongings was very limited. I seemed like I was living in a basement because it was on the first floor and had a high window.
