The staff greeted me warmly. Their excellent customer service. Breakfast offered great choices, and I enjoyed good coffee in the lounge area. I also liked the jazz night on Thursday, a unique and amazing experience.
The room lacked separate shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. I found this omission inconvenient.

The staff was very professional and kind. The breakfast buffet was quite nice. I found typical Nordic-style options available. I enjoyed live jazz music one day. It added charisma to the hotel and stopped at a considerate time .
My room was not quite up to expectations. It felt small, and space for belongings was very limited. I seemed like I was living in a basement because it was on the first floor and had a high window.
