The location is excellent. It is a flat walk to the harbour restaurants and beach. the hotel is also in the immediate vicinity of the gwr station. the facilities present a lovely, fresh environment. i enjoyed a wonderful breakfast with hosts tash and mihaka.. parking is available here too.

The staff exuded warmth. Their friendly and accommodating nature enhanced the experience. Breakfast was a good event. The great coffee added a special touch. The location proved perfect for accessing both the beach and the town.

The room decor did show a little wear upon close inspection. This was a minor detail.

Parking space right outside the hotel made arrivals and departures easy (especially when handling luggage). The hotel provides complimentary cookies in the evening with tea and milk, a sweet treat. The building itself just radiates great energy.
