Our room, the classic double room church view, was alright but had a few issues. the wi-fi was spotty at best. I could barely load a webpage, let alone stream anything? the television also had a mind of its own, constantly losing signal, it was annoying! we mentioned it at checkout but it was brushed off. i was left pretty disappointed!!

the breakfast included fresh fruit. it had cereal too. i could also choose yoghurt. they even fulfilled my breakfast sandwich request.
i was told our booked room had been given to someone else by mistake. we were told we had been 'upgraded' to a rather gloomy second floor room. it was not the light and airy first floor room we had booked. there was no apology or discount when we checked out.
